Byrd's Nest is a transitional housing program, not:

• Court-ordered housing (participation is voluntary)
• A licensed treatment facility
• A halfway house operated by the Department of Corrections
• An emergency shelter or crisis housing

Our program works collaboratively with the Florida Department of Corrections, probation officers, and parole officers, but we operate independently as a private organization.

This is a faith-based program. Residents should be open to participating in a program guided by faith-based values and principles.
