Zero Tolerance Policies

These violations result in immediate program termination

No Drugs or Alcohol

Possession or use of any illegal substances, controlled substances without prescription, or alcohol is strictly prohibited. This includes being under the influence.

No Weapons

No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises. This includes firearms, knives, and any object that could be used as a weapon.

No Violence or Threats

Physical violence, threats of violence, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward staff, residents, or visitors is not tolerated.

No Theft or Destruction

Theft of any property or intentional destruction of house property or other residents' belongings results in immediate termination.

Curfew Compliance

All residents must adhere to established curfew times. Exceptions require prior approval from staff. Repeated violations may result in program termination.

Visitor Policy

Visitors must be approved in advance. Visiting hours are limited to designated times. No overnight guests. All visitors must sign in and out.

Cleanliness & Chores

Residents are responsible for keeping personal spaces clean and completing assigned chores. Common areas must be maintained by all residents.

Communication Requirements

Residents must maintain communication with staff and inform them of whereabouts, appointments, and any issues. Cell phones may be subject to restrictions.

Respectful Behavior

Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with respect. Gossip, bullying, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Maintain appropriate language at all times.

Program Participation

Active participation in house meetings, programming, and required activities is mandatory. Employment or job search activities are expected unless otherwise approved.

Reporting Requirements

Attend all scheduled meetings with probation/parole officers. Maintain documentation and communicate any changes to your status.

Drug Testing

Submit to random drug testing as required by supervision conditions and house rules. All tests must be passed to remain in program.

Program Coordination

Staff will communicate regularly with your supervision officer. Cooperation with this coordination is required.

Accountability

Consequences for Violations

Our program uses a progressive discipline approach for minor violations:

  1. First Violation: Verbal warning and documentation
  2. Second Violation: Written warning with corrective action plan
  3. Third Violation: Program probation with increased monitoring
  4. Continued Violations: Program termination and discharge

Note: Zero tolerance violations (drugs, weapons, violence, theft) result in immediate termination regardless of prior standing.

Discharge Process

Upon program termination:

  • โ€ข Supervision officer will be notified immediately
  • โ€ข Resident must vacate within specified timeframe
  • โ€ข Personal belongings must be collected during discharge
  • โ€ข Documentation provided to appropriate agencies
