Clear guidelines that create a safe, structured environment for all residents
Our rules and expectations are designed to maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive living environment for all residents. These guidelines help create the structure necessary for successful reintegration.
These violations result in immediate program termination
Possession or use of any illegal substances, controlled substances without prescription, or alcohol is strictly prohibited. This includes being under the influence.
No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises. This includes firearms, knives, and any object that could be used as a weapon.
Physical violence, threats of violence, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward staff, residents, or visitors is not tolerated.
Theft of any property or intentional destruction of house property or other residents' belongings results in immediate termination.
Daily expectations for maintaining a safe, respectful environment
All residents must adhere to established curfew times. Exceptions require prior approval from staff. Repeated violations may result in program termination.
Visitors must be approved in advance. Visiting hours are limited to designated times. No overnight guests. All visitors must sign in and out.
Residents are responsible for keeping personal spaces clean and completing assigned chores. Common areas must be maintained by all residents.
Residents must maintain communication with staff and inform them of whereabouts, appointments, and any issues. Cell phones may be subject to restrictions.
Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with respect. Gossip, bullying, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Maintain appropriate language at all times.
Active participation in house meetings, programming, and required activities is mandatory. Employment or job search activities are expected unless otherwise approved.
Meeting Department of Corrections requirements
Attend all scheduled meetings with probation/parole officers. Maintain documentation and communicate any changes to your status.
Submit to random drug testing as required by supervision conditions and house rules. All tests must be passed to remain in program.
Staff will communicate regularly with your supervision officer. Cooperation with this coordination is required.
Our program uses a progressive discipline approach for minor violations:
Note: Zero tolerance violations (drugs, weapons, violence, theft) result in immediate termination regardless of prior standing.
Upon program termination:
All residents must review and sign our program agreement acknowledging these rules and expectations before admission. If you're ready to commit to your transformation, we're ready to support you.
